HubbuySpreadsheet Fieldwork

Who runs this site and how it earns

An independent field guide to one agent, written by people who use it, funded by referral commission, and carrying no prices because prices are the first thing a static page gets wrong.

Here for the catalogue rather than the credits? The shelves are two clicks away.

Two different inboxes, and which one to use

This site has no access to your account, your orders, your parcels or your money. Nothing written here can move a box, release a refund or answer a question about a specific shipment, and any page that implies otherwise is misleading you.

For anything touching a real order, use the agent support channels in the block below: the service mailbox, the messaging line, and the published office hours, which are stated in Beijing time and are worth converting before you decide nobody is answering. Have your order identifier ready, because every conversation starts there.

Write to us instead when something on this site is wrong, out of date, unclear, or when a screenshot no longer matches what you see. That address is [email protected], a person reads it, and corrections are made on the page rather than quietly. If you have found an error in the official documentation, we would like to know about that too; several of the findings on checks worth doing arrived that way.

One detail in the contact block deserves its own note: one of the addresses printed there still uses the domain the operator is retiring. It appears to work, but it dates the block, and the migration it belongs to is covered on updates.

What we publish, and what we refuse to

Four rules govern every page here, and they are the reason this site looks thinner in places than the guides it competes with.

First, no invented facts. Everything stated about the agent was read off the live site on one day, that date is printed beside it, and quotations are reproduced word for word rather than tidied up. Where the operator contradicts itself we report both versions instead of choosing the tidier one. Second, no numbers that expire. Prices, exchange rates, service fees, delivery windows and coupon terms are described as mechanisms and never as figures, because a figure on a static page is a promise the page cannot keep. Third, no republishing other people. The official guide illustrates one of its steps with a screenshot containing a real customer name and postal address; we cropped that region out and said so rather than pass it along. Fourth, every screenshot was opened and looked at before its caption was written.

Drafting here involves AI assistance. Every factual claim, every quotation and every caption was checked against the source by a person before publication, and the failures we caught in that pass are the reason the rule exists.

How this site earns, stated plainly

Links from this site to the agent carry a referral tag. If you open an account through one and go on to spend money, this site receives a commission from the operator. That is the entire business model, there is no subscription and nothing is sold here.

We are a commercial partner of the agent, which is why the official screenshots on these pages are used with permission rather than scraped. Being a partner is exactly the conflict of interest you should expect it to be, so judge the site by whether it tells you things a marketing page would not: that inspection photographs are not a quality test, that the capacity table disagrees with the operator's own estimator, that the storage period is published two different ways, and that there are situations where a different agent is the better choice. Those passages are on what Hubbuy does and checks worth doing, and they cost us money to write.

Commission does not change what you pay. The card networks shown at the agent’s checkout are the operator’s arrangements with its own processors, and the currency you are billed in follows the selector on the agent site, not anything chosen here.

The formula we will not fill in

The help centre publishes the structure of what an order costs, and that structure is stable in a way the individual figures are not. Three parts: the goods, the international leg, and whatever customs asks for.

Everything this site declines to publish sits inside those three terms. The shape does not expire. The numbers do, and they belong to the operator.
