What changed on the agent side
These dated records distinguish the September migration screenshots from the service status checked on 7 October 2026.
Nothing here changes what is on the shelves. Browse those instead.
Service checks, 7 October 2026: an earlier browser check showed an error screen on the official homepage and migration page. Later checks loaded the guide and a help article normally with HTTP 200; the migration URL returned HTTP 200 without its migration article. Access varied during these checks. September screenshots remain historical references. Confirm current availability and account details with the operator before paying.
The upgrade notice, and what it is really announcing
A banner at the head of the migration page announces an upgrade. Read past the mascot and the wording is precise about something more consequential than a redesign: one site is being phased out and another has replaced it.
That is a different proposition from a new coat of paint. The captured notice describes the transition at that time. It does not establish where your account, coupons or stored goods are today. Ask the operator about any existing order, and check the screenshot date when using an older walkthrough.
The official page is the data migration notice.

Two columns, written by the people doing the moving
The comparison panel is the operator describing its own migration, so read it as a statement of intent rather than as a neutral account. Even so, the left column is unusually candid.
At the capture date it said the old site still took orders but was closing soon, that only coupons you already hold remain valid there, that no new promotions will run on it, and that its mobile experience is poor. The right column is the sales pitch: new events and discounts, a signing incentive, all future features, and a better experience on a phone.
The line that actually matters is the one about future features. If it holds, anything documented from here on will only ever exist on one of the two sites, so older instructions should not be treated as current without checking them.

The rules can move after your goods arrive
A migration is not the only thing that can change position under an order that is already in progress. The help centre is explicit that arrival at the warehouse does not settle the question of whether something will ship.
Worth holding on to while reading anything on this page: the state of your order is provisional until the box leaves the country.
Even after goods have arrived at the warehouse, Hubbuy may still refuse shipping if legal, customs, payment, or carrier risks are later identified.

The promotional panels are the loudest part of the move
On the front page the migration turns up a third time, as one of three promotional panels sitting above the footer. The other two are a beginner guide and the mobile apps.
Offers like the one on the right of that strip are the reason to check a date before you act on anything. A coupon panel is the most perishable thing on any commerce site; it can be withdrawn the day after a screenshot is taken, and it is the single most copied element in agent tutorials written by people who never went back to look.
We captured this strip on 2026-09-23. We are not repeating what it offers, and no figure from it appears in our text.

What we last checked, and what we did not
The original screenshots and policy excerpts were captured on 23 September 2026, and we would rather say that plainly than imply a rolling watch we do not operate.
What we verified by hand on that date: the buying and forwarding flows end to end, the manual order form field by field, the tracking lookup, the estimator, the shipping cost table, the migration notice, and a dozen help centre articles. What we found and reported rather than smoothed over: two different storage periods on two official pages, a capacity table that disagrees with the operator's own weight presets, untranslated internal labels shipped to end users on the guide, and artwork still carrying the retired domain.
What we did not check: prices, exchange rates, delivery times and coupon terms. Those change faster than any static page can follow, which is why none of them appears here as a number. Corrections to [email protected].

The artwork has not caught up
The clearest evidence that this migration is still in progress is not in the announcement at all. It is in an illustration halfway down the purchasing guide, where the warehouse in the picture is still labelled with the domain that is being retired.
It is a harmless detail and a useful one, because it gives you a dating tool. Any tutorial, screenshot or help article showing hubbuycn rather than hubbuy was made before this move, and anything it says about a form should be checked against the live page before you rely on it. The same goes for one of the email addresses in the official footer, which still carries the old domain as well.
A domain label alone cannot establish today's ordering flow. Check the current official screen before relying on a tutorial, and your first order walks the current flow rather than the one in the picture.
